To participate in online therapy sessions, you must have access to a reliable internet connection, a private and confidential space for sessions, and a device with video and audio capabilities. You are responsible for ensuring your environment is suitable for confidential therapeutic discussions. I cannot be held responsible for technical difficulties on your end that may disrupt or prevent sessions from occurring as scheduled.

The therapeutic modalities I offer include EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Polyvagal-informed approaches, and Psychodynamic therapy. My practice specializes in working with women ages 30 to 50s who are navigating issues related to developmental trauma, family dynamics, grief and loss, and cancer-related concerns. I also offer mother-daughter therapy and cancer counseling services.

If we mutually agree to work together following the consultation, you will be asked to complete intake forms prior to your first session. These forms gather important information about your history, current concerns, and treatment goals. Once intake paperwork is complete, we will begin meeting weekly for therapy sessions. Treatment frequency and duration are tailored to your individual needs and goals. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) and missed appointments (no-shows) may be subject to a fee.
